Clinical Lead

As part of our team, you'll drive clinical studies, collaborate with surgeons, and ensure that our groundbreaking technology integrates seamlessly into surgical workflows.
Role description
Lead and manage clinical trial planning, protocol formulation, implementation, and analysis
Build strong relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, and other key stakeholders in the hospital
Act as the primary liaison between end-users and the product development team
Develop and deliver training for healthcare providers on the use of the ADEPTH® system
Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with industry standards
Conduct data analysis and interpret results to guide product improvements
Ensure ongoing monitoring of clinical outcomes and provide feedback for product optimization
What we expect from you
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Medicine, Biomedical Engineering or related life sciences field)
At least 3 years experience in clinical research, preferably setting up clinical studies pre- and post-market
Demonstrated experience setting up and managing clinical studies or trials in compliance with GCP, ISO 14155, or equivalent standards and obtaining Medical Ethical Approval
Experience with data analysis, statistics, and interpretation of clinical outcomes
Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills
A curious and analytical mindset, with a keen interest in understanding how things work and a fascination with the operating room environment
Previous experience working with surgeons, clinical stakeholders, and/or hospital environments is highly desirable
Bonus points for prior experience in orthopedics, with medical devices with a software component and publications in peer-reviewed clinical or scientific journals
